On Monday, November 25, the A00 aluminium ingot price opened the week with a growth of RMB 60 per tonne to settle at RMB 20,670 per tonne, with the spot contract price expected to be traded at a premium price of RMB 50 to RMB 90 per tonne. The average prices may range between RMB 20,670 per tonne and RMB 20,690 per tonne.
On the same day, the prices grew in all the provinces, with the highest in Hangzhou, where it has hiked by RMB 90 per tonne to settle at RMB 20,700 per tonne, followed by a surge of RMB 70 per tonne to halt at RMB 20,590 per tonne in Foshan. In Tianjin and Linyi, the prices have risen by RMB 60 per tonne to clock at RMB 20,700 per tonne and RMB 20,690 per tonne. In Gongyi and Wuxi the domestic aluminium ingot prices have added RMB 50 per tonne to peg at RMB 20,590 per tonne and RMB 20,660 per tonne. As per the SMM analysis, the prices in Chongqing and Shenyang have added RMB 30 per tonne to clock at RMB 20,620 per tonne and RMB 20,670 per tonne.
The prices of high purity aluminium (99.99%) and high purity aluminium (99.996%) have grown by RMB 100 per tonne to settle at RMB 27,700 per tonne and RMB 28,700 per tonne.
On the other hand, the price hike rate of alumina has decreased in the past couple of days. Today, the price has increased by RMB 10 per tonne to peg at RMB 5,701 per tonne. In Lianyungang and Bayuquan, the prices have expanded by RMB 50 per tonne to RMB 6,100 per tonne.
On the same day, in regions like Shandong, Henan and Shanxi, the domestic aluminium ingot prices have moved up by RMB 10 per tonne to arrive at RMB 5,680 per tonne, RMB 5,705 per tonne and RMB 5,760 per tonne. In Guizhou and Guangxi the alumina prices have also experienced the same price movement (+ RMB 10 per tonne) to peg at RMB 5,650 per tonne and RMB 5,640 per tonne.
The aluminium alloy (A356) price has gained RMB 50 per tonne to peg at RMB 21,100 per tonne, with the average prices expected to stand between RMB 20,900 per tonne and RMB 21,300 per tonne. For (ADC12) and (A380) the prices have remained unchanged at RMB 20,800 per tonne and RMB 21,800 per tonne.
