INSERTEC is proud to announce the signature of two contracts with HENAN MINGTAI TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT, located in Gongyi, Henan Province, China, for the supply of Two Aluminium Recycling Lines.
The new Plant of HENAN MINGTAI will get into operation in 2021 and will produce aluminium alloy flat casting ingots using aluminium scrap beverage cans as raw material.
INSERTEC will supply for this new Plant the Best Available Technology for UBC scrap recycling, among those two IDEX decoating equipment rated for 12 ton/hr processing capacity each and two Melting furnaces 120 tons capacity and 15 ton/hr melting rate, equipped with the most advance technology in gas combustion (oxy-gas burners) and our proprietary technology for melting UBC shreds by immersion in a vortex of liquid aluminium.
