Bhoruka Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2012, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Approved the Postal ballot notice and process to seek approval of the members of the Company under Section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 to sell, transfer or dispose off the whole or substantially whole of the undertaking of the Company.2. Appointed Mr. Sunil Kumar B.G., Practising Company Secretary, as Scrutinizer for conducting postal ballot process in fairand transparent manner.
