The average alumina spot price in China has stopped at RMB 2,957 per tonne, declining by RMB 3 per tonne, on Tuesday, June 14, as the SMM data shows. The alumina price in Henan has dropped by RMB 10 per tonne to halt at RMB 3,020 per tonne. In Guizhou, the alumina price has marked the highest downfall of RMB 25 per tonne resulting in RMB 2,925 per tonne.
The primary aluminium ingot price has witnessed an RMB 180 per tonne cut after a severe decrease of RMB 400 per tonne on the previous day to stand at RMB 19,920 per tonne on June 14, as noted by the Shanghai Metals Market. The average prices, are estimated to range between RMB 19,900 per tonne and RMB 19,940 per tonne, with spot contracts trading at a discount price of RMB 10 per tonne and a premium price of RMB 30 per tonne.
A00 aluminium ingot prices in Wuxi, Hangzhou and Linyi have lost RMB 170 per tonne after a hard fall at the start of the week to stand at RMB 19,930 per tonne, RMB 19,980 per tonne and RMB 20,070 per tonne, respectively, as estimated by the Shanghai Metals Market on Tuesday, June 14. In Tianjin, the primary aluminium ingot price has dipped by RMB 160 per tonne to settle at RMB 19,970 per tonne. Also, Chongqing has witnessed a price drop of RMB 160 per tonne, resulting in RMB 19,950 per tonne. The aluminium ingot price in Shenyang has noted no change remaining at RMB 20,100 per tonne on Tuesday, June 14. The other provinces like Foshan and Gongyi have suffered RMB 150 per tonne and RMB 130 per tonne loss to rest at RMB 19,860 per tonne and RMB 20,050 per tonne, respectively.
Today in China, the domestic price of low-carbon aluminium has shrunk by RMB 150 per tonne to stand at RMB 20,474 per tonne.
According to data shown by SMM, the high purity aluminium (99.99%) price and the high purity aluminium (99.996%) price both have witnessed a downfall of RMB 200 per tonne to stop at RMB 28,000 per tonne and RMB 29,000 per tonne, respectively.
Today, due to the fall in primary aluminium ingot prices, aluminium alloy (A356) price has faced a downward slope with RMB 200 per tonne arriving at RMB 21,000 per tonne. The average prices are likely to range between RMB 20,900 per tonne and RMB 21,100 per tonne, says SMM.
The prices of aluminium alloys (ADC12) and aluminium alloy (A380) have slumped by RMB 100 per tonne to close on the second day of the week at RMB 20,150 per tonne and RMB 21,150 per tonne, respectively. The average price for aluminium alloys (ADC12) are supposed to hover between RMB 20,050 per tonne and RMB 20,250 per tonne. The average price of aluminium alloy (A380) is estimated to orbit between RMB 21,050 per tonne and RMB 21,250 per tonne.
The aluminium powder price in China has lost RMB 0.20 per kg to settle at RMB 21.80 per kg, with average prices ranging between RMB 21.70 per kg and 21.90 per kg.
