Yinbang Clad Material achieves ASI Performance Standard V2 certification for its production facility in Wuxi

The Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI) has certified Yinbang Clad Material Co., Ltd for its production plant in Wuxi, China, with the ASI Performance Standard V2 (2017). The factory produces over 270,000 tonnes of aluminium alloy composite materials annually. In 2022 the company had joined ASI as the new as its new production and transformation member.

The company has been certified to manufacture aluminium and aluminium alloy sheets, strips, foils, aluminium alloy clad sheets, strips, and aluminium-based multi-metal clad materials. Automotive, industrial equipment, air conditioning in power plants, rail transportation, home appliances, aerospace, mobile manufacturing, and shipping are among the industries served by the company's products. SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services conducted an impartial, third-party audit of the Yinbang Clad Material Co., Ltd. plant. The audit occurred before May 31, 2023, allowing for Performance Standard V2 certification.
