SOLARCYCLE, a pioneering solar recycling company, has unveiled its cutting-edge headquarters in Mesa, Arizona. This strategic location is set to become a hub for innovation, housing a state-of-the-art research lab poised to propel the company's technologies forward. Unlocking the solar potential: Arizona welcomes SOLARCYCLE's revolutionary PV recycling hub

{alcircleadd}

SOLARCYCLE's Mesa facility, as per their vision, is set to commence recycling 250,000 solar panels annually, with plans to escalate this figure to a staggering 1 million panels per year. This ambitious demanufacturing capacity is not only a testament to SOLARCYCLE's commitment to sustainable practices but also a significant contributor to the local job market. Roles spanning production, engineering, operations, information technology, finance, sales, marketing, and management will be up for grabs, injecting vitality into the Mesa employment landscape.

Revolutionising recycling: Unveiling proprietary technology

At the core of SOLARCYCLE's innovation lies its proprietary technology, a game-changer in the solar recycling realm. This technology enables the extraction of a remarkable 95 per cent of valuable materials from recycled panels. Among these treasures are silver, copper, aluminium - a key focus in our narrative - silicon, and glass.

The company stands out by reintroducing these reclaimed materials into the domestic supply chain, effectively contributing to a sustainable circular economy. Aluminium's 100% recyclability has a pivotal role in this solar sustainability saga. SOLARCYCLE's method extracts aluminium efficiently and emphasises its importance in creating a circular economy. The reclaimed aluminium becomes a valuable resource for new applications, ushering in an era where sustainability meets innovation.

Research and design lab: Elevating material refinement

The newly established research and design (R&D) lab in Mesa serves as the nerve centre for SOLARCYCLE's pursuit of excellence. This facility is dedicated to further refining the material extraction process, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of innovation. SOLARCYCLE aims to enhance its material refinement process by prioritising continuous improvement, reinforcing its position as an industry leader.

Strategic collaborations and national expansion

SOLARCYCLE's recent collaborations with industry giants such as EDF Renewables North America, AES Corp., Orsted, and Silicon Ranch Corp. underscore the company's growing influence. These partnerships strengthen SOLARCYCLE's national infrastructure footprint and position it as a key player in the renewable energy landscape. Anticipate more announcements this year as SOLARCYCLE expands its facilities, leaving an indelible mark on the solar recycling frontier.

Commitment to sustainability and safety

SOLARCYCLE places a premium on two pillars: worker safety and environmental responsibility. The company's commitment is underlined by its certifications under the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 19001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. These certifications validate SOLARCYCLE's dedication to maintaining the highest safety, environmental management, and quality standards.
