The Total Vehicle Solutions (TVS) Group, a creation of Elaghmore Partners LLP, the UK-focused private equity firm has acquired the maker of aluminium bodies for rigid and tipping trailers Wilcox Commercial Vehicles.
The acquired business is operated from a 43000 sq ft factory in Market Deeping and will pursue to be led by Vito Ronzano and Chris Bartlett who have owned and developed Wilcox since 2000.
Vito Ronzano applauded the transaction as a "significant milestone for Wilcox".
