UK's largest motorcycle manufacturer, Triumph, has unveiled the first look of its Rocket 3 cruiser bike for 2024. The new model features a sturdy aluminium frame and a single-sided cast aluminium swingarm, which unquestionably makes its construction sustainable and eco-friendly.
Triumph Rocket 3 release date will be announced before the break of 2024 in India. The motorcycle giant will introduce these flagship models in three new colour choices: Silver Ice, Sapphire Black and Carnival Red. Other than these specifications, no significant adjustments have been made to the original design.
The most important addition to this cruiser bike is the 2,500cc engine with a three-cylinder inline unit. Triumph Rocket 3 engines can generate 165BHP @ 6,000 rpm speed and 221 Nm @ 4,000 rpm torque. The engine comes equipped with a 6-speed gearbox.
The entire structure of Triumph Rocket 3 is supported by a robust aluminium frame sporting 47mm Showa upside-down forks at the anterior of the model and a single-sided cast aluminium swingarm with a completely adjustable Showa mono-shock at the hind. An enthusiast can select any of the four variations: Sport, Rain, Road and Total bespoke configuration.
Triumph Motorcycles Ltd was first initiated in 1983 when John Moor decided to rename the original company Triumph Engineering after it tanked in debt. The new firm was formerly Bonneville Coventry Ltd., which continued with Triumph's motorcycle production legacy since 1902.
