EDITED BY : 2MINS READ

Water Can is an innovative water brand born from the collaborative efforts of the creative agency Thinkerbell and Mr B, the visionary behind Laneway Music Festival. Crafted from 100 per cent purified still or sparkling water, it comes in an aluminium can, eliminating the need for plastic bottles. Embodying its name, Water Can pledges to champion the exclusive benefits only pure water can deliver.

“Water Can is a fun step into co-ownership of brands and product design for Thinkerbell, and the team has done a great job in coming up with a water brand that’s pretty interesting,” said Adam Ferrier of Thinkerbell and Water Can.

Water Can, the eco-conscious brand, debuted at festivals like Laneways Music Festival, offering its refreshing contents in convenient screw-top cans. Alongside hydration stations, attendees were urged to refill their empty Water Can containers, reducing consumer costs while mitigating environmental waste. Water Can champions both environmental stewardship and consumer health by opting for cans over bottles. Water Can emerges as a pivotal player in the quest to save the planet.

“To celebrate the launch, Water Can released the ‘Sweat Shirt’ to help combat partygoers’ dehydration. The shirt reveals a design when it gets wet from sweat that acts as a voucher for a free Water Can. It serves as a reminder for Aussies to drink water and remain hydrated throughout the Laneway festival,” added Says Tom Wenborn, chief creative tinker.

The 450mL Water Can Still and Water Can Sparkling variants have been introduced at Laneway Festivals spanning Adelaide, Melbourne, and Perth. These cans will soon hit shelves at various outlets nationwide, priced at an RRP of $6.00.
