This month, TALCO unveiled a strategic plan that prioritises mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. The company aims to expand its product portfolio and deepen manufacturing capabilities. The potential purchase of Eastern Aluminium Extrusion fits neatly into this roadmap, offering immediate capacity and geographic advantage.
Eastern Aluminium Extrusion, founded in 2009 and based in Dammam, has an annual capacity of 40,000 tonnes. For TALCO, adding this facility could strengthen its downstream integration and help meet rising Gulf construction and infrastructure demand.
