Sunalco Alloys joins ASI as its new Production and Transformation member

Sunalco Alloys Pvt Ltd has joined ASI as a member of the Production and Transformation group. Sunalco Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is a non-ferrous metal recycling company that makes various grades of aluminium alloys as a final product. They serve as a vital link between scrap collectors, processors, recyclers, and manufacturers, thus completing the recycling loop.

Founded in 2005, the company has developed dramatically over the last decade, increasing its manufacturing capacity year after year and becoming one of the industry's global leaders. For High Pressure Die Casting, LPDC, Sand, and Gravity Die Casting, Sunalco Alloys met the different needs of clients in conventional and unique alloys. The current facilities of Sunalco include six reverberatory type aluminium melting furnaces, each with a capacity of 15 MT.

“Sunalco Alloys, an aluminium alloy manufacturing unit, to have its footprint recognised globally, said Mr Sandeep G. Jain, Director.

Sunalco has constructed a manufacturing capacity of more than 72,000 metric tonnes per year at Wada, around 65 kilometres from Mumbai and adjacent to the Nhava Sheva Port.
