EDITED BY : 1MINS READ

Stabicraft, the world's best designed aluminium chambered boats for business and leisure, has introduced a new 1600 Fisher Carbon Hull that features the proven Arrow pontoons using 3- and 4mm marine grade aluminium construction. The company has introduced the latest model after extensive research and development.

The 1600 Fisher range features aluminium bottom and sides and a resin infused carbon composite top side for the cuddy cabin layout which makes it difficult to understand where the aluminium ends and carbon begins.

The company designed the new model for the fishing purpose. The company uses checker plate aluminium in the cockpit and the helm seats are also made from aluminium pods with storage underneath, welded to the side of the boat.

The 1600 Fisher range sports a new Yamaha F90 XBunit, a four-stroke platform, that is 10kg lighter than the previous generation engine. Yamaha said the engine is nine per cent more fuel efficient than the current F100.

The 1600 Fisher carbon series boat comes at a starting price of $43,990.Stabicraft introduced its first rigid hull chambered aluminium boat in Invercargill, New Zealand in 1987.
