Sri Lanka’s Aluminium profile maker to list the firm by March

Sri Lanka’s Alumex Group, a firm engaged in manufacturing and marketing aluminium profiles is planning to raise Rs. 838 million via an IPO, which will be opened for public on the 6th of March, 2014.
The firm, a unit coming under Hayleys Conglomerate will be issuing 59,860,600 ordinary voting shares at an issue price of Rs. 14 each.
The shares would be listed on the Diri Savi board of the CSE.
