In the lead-up to Christmas, El-Watch, a technology company based in central Norway with offices in Rindal and Trondheim, solidified a new collaboration by welcoming Mesurex, a reputable Spanish company specialising in measurement and control solutions since 1996, into our growing network of partners.
Antonio Soler, the CEO of Mesurex, said, "The 'plug & play' philosophy of El-Watch captivated us from the very first moment, and we are sure that the ease and speed of installation of the sensors and data transmission will win the hearts of a large number of customers in the Spanish industry at first sight."
Innovation Norway acted as a matchmaker, orchestrating the connection between the two companies. It soon became apparent that Mesurex was highly impressed with El-Watch's Neuron solution.
Soler added, "We perceived versatility and accessibility as the two most valuable features of El-Watch's IoT solution from the first contact. We are convinced that Neuron sensors have the ability to solve an endless list of industrial applications, adapting remarkably well to the environment and situation of each measurement object."
Mesurex, a company with branches in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, and Malaga, specialises in delivering commercial and technical consulting services. Boasting over 25 years of industry experience and a sales team comprised exclusively of engineers, Mesurex offers expert guidance, training, and consultancy across diverse aspects of industrial measurement.
Tom Eskil Grande, the CCO of El-Watch, said, "From our very first Teams meeting, this has been a very efficient partnership process, Mesurex's positive and proactive approach, high competence and measurement expertise, coupled with their extensive geographical coverage in the Spanish market, made them a preferred choice."
Grande underscored the strong alignment between Mesurex's business and El-Watch's strategic focus on "Manufacturing" and "Metals & Mining." Despite attracting interest from other Spanish companies, productive meetings and positive references ultimately led to the forming of a partnership with Mesurex.
Both parties expressed confidence that the collaboration will yield mutual benefits. Mesurex seeks to diversify its product range by integrating El-Watch's sensor system, emphasising the crucial success factors of low cost and easy installation. For El-Watch, this alliance presents an opportunity to establish a foothold in the Spanish market through a seasoned provider with extensive industrial measurement expertise.
"The quick access to 1,500 existing customers and a database with over 5,000 companies and more than 10,000 professional contacts must be a very promising start for El-Watch", Antonio Soler concluded by saying.
Both firms are enthusiastic about initiating the partnership to deliver wireless industrial IoT sensors to the Spanish market.
In an era of increasing connectivity and evolving industries, the imperative for smarter, more efficient, and sustainable practices has never been more pronounced. The aluminium industry, in particular, stands to benefit significantly from cutting-edge sensor solutions that elevate production processes and uphold global competitiveness. Wireless sensor solutions emerge as a transformative force in the aluminium sector, presenting substantial opportunities for heightened efficiency and resource conservation.
