The new line includes an aluminium billet extrusion press and supporting equipment. It has billet heating, online quenching, puller and stretcher systems, and ageing facilities. The equipment will help maintain process control, product dimensions and the required metal properties.

The new equipment adds to the company’s existing CNC/VMC machining centres, inspection equipment, and in-house die manufacturing. The facility will produce high-strength and precision aluminium extrusions using different alloys.
