A multifaceted business conglomeration, the Seashore Group, has publicised the inauguration of a high-tech unit for metal recycling known as Al Wajba Alloys Factory. The facility has been constructed on a total area of 20,000 sqm, and it operates as a recycling factory for electronic scrap, copper and aluminium.
Al Wajba Alloys Factory adheres to international standards for safety, quality, and environmental management, with stringent measures implemented for quality control to ensure the highest quality of recycled materials. Aluminium recycling saves more than 95% of the total energy required during traditional primary aluminium production, and upon transformation the non-ferrous metal can hold onto the original properties, making it a closed-loop metal.
The factory integrates state-of-the-art sorting technologies to ensure the precise separation of different metals, boosting the recycling process and minimising waste. Aligned with the Seashore Group's commitment to sustainable practices, the facility is equipped with advanced environmental controls to minimise the impact on air and water quality.
The facility has a large recycling capacity, designed to be expandable to meet the growing demand for sustainable metal recycling solutions worldwide. The Seashore Group is proud to take the lead in promoting sustainable industrial solutions globally and looks forward to continuing its efforts towards a greener and cleaner future.
The CEO of the Seashore Group, Salem Saeed al-Muhannadi, pointed out: "The opening of our new metal recycling facility is a moment of pride for the entire group. We are not just building a factory; we are shaping the future of responsible industrial practices. This facility is a testament to our steadfast commitment to environmental sustainability and the circular economy."
