The company’s aluminium PDC components designated for cars, commercial vehicles or two-wheelers are forged in Barcelona, Mexico and Bawal. They have an impressive capacity of 120 tonnes to 550 tonnes in manufacturing aluminium alloy die-casted parts.

Sandhar is a tier 1 supplier for the two-wheeler market and the passenger and commercial vehicle arena in India. This new establishment was publicised through the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Sandhar Engineering.

The company has accomplished the primary trials and has assured that commercial operations in the plant have been streamlined, with mass manufacturing planned for October. Sandhar is positive that this new addition will amplify the firm’s production speed, increasing its share of sheet metal components in the market. The company is looking forward to monopolising the automotive sector for OEMs.

The company is based in Delhi’s Gurugram and is a leading provider of automotive locking & security solutions, automotive vision systems, stampings, zinc die casting, aluminium die casting, operator cabins & structural parts, polymers and automotive optoelectronics.

In the two-wheeler genre, it has stabilised its business relationship with Suzuki, Royal Enfield, Hero MotoCorp and TVS Motor Co.
