Rusal Plans to Borrow from China's Eximbank for new Plant

United Co. Rusal PLC (0486.HK) said Tuesday it plans to borrow up to $850 million from Chinese bank Eximbank to build a new anode factory in the Irkutsk Region.
The main consumers will be Rusal's aluminum smelters in Eastern Siberia which are able to meet China's growing demand in aluminum, the company said in a statement.
