Rocal, a leading manufacturer of composite doors and specialist PVC-U products has completed the acquisition of BDC Aluminium, a notable player in the fenestration sector. Rocal, the Brigg-based company known for its renowned brands such as Endurance Doors, Impressions Door Panels, and Rocal Extrusions, finalized the deal for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Witham, Essex, BDC Aluminium fabricates high-quality aluminium windows and doors catering to domestic and commercial markets. This strategic acquisition is poised to significantly augment Rocal Endurance's product portfolio and open new market expansion avenues.
