Reynaers Aluminium UK, a major manufacturer of aluminium doors, windows and façades, is spearheading the Façade Design and Engineering Awards as a headline sponsor for the second time.
The Façade Design and Engineering Awards is scheduled for 8 November 2023 at the London Hilton Park on Park Lane. This event will be a successor to the Zak World of Facades London conference, which boasted a headcount of more than 1,000 façade experts from around the globe.

Reynaers has an international presence as an aluminium façade systems provider with flagship products like curtain wall solutions that can be installed in both commercial and industrial buildings. It is also well-known for providing customised solutions that adhere to the specific requirements of a customer.
The Technical Director at Reynaers Aluminium UK, John McComb, commented: “The façade industry has delivered some of the world’s most striking buildings. As a company that strives to support architects and construction professionals in achieving the most innovative and sustainable façades possible, we are delighted to take on the role as headline sponsor for such an important awards initiative in the sector.”
“We’re committed to championing and supporting such a specialist discipline, and being involved in the awards gives us the opportunity to do just that,” McComb added.
“This year’s awards will prioritise sustainability in façade, design and engineering, which Reynaers continues to work hard to support. The sector must place sustainability at the heart of its approach and reward the innovations that are promoting and enabling sustainable building design moving forward,” he spoke out.
“Through our sustainability strategy, Reynaers Act, we lay out our commitment to a more sustainable way of working. At the awards, we will be particularly interested to see the projects that combine sustainable credentials with excellence in aesthetics and performance,” McComb remarked.
The Chair of The Society of Façade Engineering, Rimmy Vij, announced: “Reynaers has been a long-time supporter of the awards since 2015, and this year has further committed support for the awards by becoming the headline sponsor again for 2023. SFE is grateful and proud to have a long-standing relationship with one of the UK’s leading suppliers of innovative and sustainable architectural aluminium systems.”
Reynaers has a vivid customer base to which it supplies bespoke aluminium profiles for use in small-tier businesses or large, well-established firms. Reynaers’ sustainable aluminium solutions are revered by the construction industry and architects.
