Hydro is breaking boundaries with a latest land acquisition in Torija, Spain to build an advanced aluminium recycling plant. The plant will have an annual production capacity of 12,000 tonnes and will use carbon-free green hydrogen instead of natural gas. At Hydro's extrusion plant in Navarra, Spain, a recent test showed that carbon-free green hydrogen can be used as a substitute for natural gas in the recycling of aluminium. The test was successful. Teknodrom Valuable Maden Recycling Inc. is Turkey's first and only plant for recycling precious metals and has expertise in precious metal recycling. AlcircleBiz has successfully onboarded Teknodrom.
