Prebaked anode price in Southwest China rises to RMB 4282.5/t; Aluminium price inches up by RMB 170/t

Prebaked anode price in Southwest China market has risen by RMB 28 per tonne after a month of restrained. The price currently stands at RMB 4282.5 per tonne on Friday, 02 April 2021 from earlier price of RMB 4002.5 per tonne. It is likely to range at RMB 4135-4430 per tonne.

Average prebaked anode prices in Northwest China market has also increased by RMB 280 per tonne to stand at RMB 4410 per tonne on Friday, 02 April. Prebaked anode prices in East China and Central China have remained unchanged at RMB RMB4192.5 per tonne and RMB4110 per tonne respectively.

Australian alumina FOB price has climbed from USD274 per tonne to USD274.5 per tonne on Friday. This records a rise of USD0.5 per tonne.

SMM aluminium ingot price has witnessed a hike for the second day in a row. The ingot price has inched up by RMB 170 per tonne to RMB 17430 per tonne on Friday, 02 April 2021. This marks a growth of RMB 170 per tonne. The average price is expected to range between RMB 17410 per tonne and RMB 17450 per tonne.

The aluminium alloys (ADC12) price stands at RMB 17950 per tonne, a growth of RMB 50 per tonne. The price is expected to range at RMB 17850-18050 per tonne. Aluminium alloys (A356) and Aluminium alloy (A380) have come in at RMB 18150 per tonne and RMB 18950 per tonne, up by RMB 200 per tonne and RMB 50 per tonne.
