India’s first and only red-carpet ceremony for the country’s discrete manufacturing industry, the Machinist Super Shopfloor Awards, in its seventh edition, presented the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Jindal Aluminium Limited, Mr Pragun Khaitan with ‘The Machinist Next Generation Leader 2021 Award.’
The honour duly apprehends Pragun Khaitan’s persistent contribution through innovation using best-in-class technology and the most acceptable ethical business practices in the downstream segment of the aluminium industry.
Pragun Khaitan strongly made his mark in the Editorial Choice Awards category for his honest endeavours in all the 11 categories dubbed as the critical measurable parameters to evaluate the performance of a manufacturing plant.
The categories include safety, productivity, Digital Manufacturing Innovation (Product/Process), green manufacturing, machining excellence, quality, Human Resources (HR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Maintenance.
