A recent announcement made by Nanshan Aluminium International Holdings Limited about the restructuring of its board of directors outlined the roles and functions of each member in detail. The announcement underscores the firm’s leadership structures and committee assignments, which are deemed vital to maintain stakeholder confidence in understanding the company’s strategic direction and governance. 

On Friday, November 21, 2025, Nanshan Aluminium International Holdings Limited announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, Wang Shisan, due to other work arrangements at the Shandong Nanshan Aluminium Co., Ltd.

In the place of Wang Shisan, the firm has currently appointed Ms Han Yanhong as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director. With over 20 years of experience in the field of management and financial accounting, Ms Han has previously held crucial roles in the company and its subsidiaries. 

Previously, she also held the position of Director from February 2019 to June 2023. Additionally, she also held the position of Finance Director from June 1999 to June 2023 and as the head of the internal audit department from July 2023 to June 2025. 

It has been confirmed by Mr Wang that there has been no disagreement with him and the board of directors or any other related matters which can be directly related to his resignation. After he resigned from the company, he will cease to hold any position within the Group.
