Digital is redefining businesses across the world. Any business refraining from including digital in their core strategy runs the chance of losing a footprint in the global market, especially when most of the end users irrespective of industries are there on the web looking for the product of their requirement. It is absolutely timely on Nalco’s part to grab the opportunities presented by the digital media in a bid to stay customer-centric, and hence, competitive in the long run.
