LME aluminium closed lower at US$ 1961.5/t; SHFE aluminium added 0.22%

Benchmark aluminium price on London Metal Exchange dropped 0.28 per cent to US$ 1961.5 per tonne on Thursday, November 26, from US$ 1967 per tonne on Wednesday.
As of Thursday November 26, LME aluminium cash (bid) price stands at US$ 1961.50 per tonne, LME official settlement price stands at US$ 1961.50 per tonne; 3-months bid price stands at US$ 1978 per tonne, 3-months offer price is US$ 1978 per tonne; Dec 21 bid price stands at US$ 1999 per tonne, and Dec 21 offer price stands at US$ 1999 per tonne.
The LME aluminium opening stock stood at 1383250 tonnes. Live Warrants totalled 1227950 tonnes, and Cancelled Warrants were 155300 tonnes.
LME aluminium 3-months Asian Reference Price is hovering at US$ 1980.35per tonne.
SHFE Aluminium Price Trend
Benchmark aluminium price for SHFE increased to stand at US$ 2452 per tonne on Friday, 27 November 2020.
The most-traded SHFE 2012 aluminium contract climbed 0.22% to end the day at RMB16,005 per tonne on Thursday, with open interest shrinking 19,263 lots to 90,067 lots.
