On Tuesday, September 30, both the LME cash bid and offer price inched down by USD 3.5 per tonne or 0.13 per cent and finally settled at USD 2,668 per tonne and USD 2668.5 per tonne.
The 3-month bid rose by USD 2 per tonne or 0.07 per cent and stood at USD 2,677 per tonne, and the 3-month offer went up by USD 2.5 per tonne or 0.09 per cent and finally stood at USD 2,678 per tonne.

The trend was further mirrored in the LME December 26 bid and offer price when it climbed by USD 3 per tonne or 0.11 per cent. Bid settled at USD 2,720 per tonne and offer at USD 2,725, respectively.
The Asian Reference Price stood at USD 2,680.5 per tonne.
LME aluminium opening stock, live warrants and cancelled warrants stood at 513,425 tonnes, 412,675 per tonne and 100,750 tonnes.
The LME alumina platts price remained unchanged at USD 332.66 per tonne.
