LB Aluminium does a top level rejig

The Board of Directors of LB Aluminium Berhad ("LBALUM") announced that Executive Chairman Datuk Leow Chong Howa has resigned as a member of the Nomination Committee of LBALUM and Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Wong Kang Juat was appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee to fill the aforesaid vacancy with effect from 13 June 2013.
The Board of Directors of LBALUM also wishes to announce that Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Neoh Lay Keong was appointed as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 13 June 2013.
The Board of Directors of LBALUM also wishes to announce that Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Neoh Lay Keong was appointed as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 13 June 2013.
