On December 22, 2022, the leading aluminium foil and packaging company of South Korea, Sama Aluminium's plan to raise a total of 115.3 billion won via the issuance of 3.7 million common shares, was revealed.
According to our information, the shares will be issued at a price of KRW31,050 per share. The proceeds from the stock offering will primarily be used to fund the firm's facilities.
