In line with this, Kaiser Aluminum, a North American manufacturer of semi-fabricated speciality aluminium products delivering highly engineered, value-added solutions for aerospace, defence, automotive and general industrial sectors, is set to launch a new industrial facility dedicated to aerospace parts by the end of this year.
Kaiser Aluminum’s expansion at its Trentwood, Washington facility is moving ahead without delays, the company confirmed. This site produces heat-treated plate and sheet for aerospace and GE end-market applications, which is currently at its Phase Seven investment.
Keith Harvey, the Chairman, President and CEO at Kaiser Aluminum, stated, “The project’s completion is closely aligned with supporting growing demand for both aerospace and general engineering plate products in 2026 and beyond. We expect the additional production capacity to come online early in the fourth quarter of this year.”
Harvey reported to the investors that the project remains on schedule and budget. A nearly USD 25 million investment is designed to boost aerospace production while enhancing quality and efficiency at the facility.

In response to rising demand for high-performance aerospace materials, Kaiser Aluminum is advancing a USD 25 million investment, on track for completion by the end of 2025, to expand production capabilities and support manufacturers with reliable, high-quality aluminium solutions.
This move underpins the strategic role of material innovation and targeted investments in driving aerospace industry growth and operational excellence.
