The Management Committee of Jiangsu Hai'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone signed an investment agreement with Jiangsu Minglida and the People's Government of Hai'an County regarding the establishment of a new aluminium alloy precision die casting project. The announcement was made at the 14th meeting of the second Board of Directors on December 15.
The agreement outlined the investment details for the upcoming aluminium alloy precision die-casting project in Hai'an County. On March 2, 2021, the Administrative Committee of Hai'an High-Tech Zone, Jiangsu Minglida Technology Co., LTD. (referred to as "Jiangsu Minglida" or "Party B"), Jiangsu Haisui Industrial Park Development Group Co., LTD., and the People's Government of Haian City signed the Supplementary Agreement, with their presence serving as witnesses.
Jiangsu Minglida, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to enhance the company's growth by signing the "Supplementary Agreement II" with the Management Committee of Hai'an High-tech Zone. This agreement entails constructing a new "Aluminium alloy precision die casting Phase II Project" at No. 99, East Sea Avenue West, Hai'an-High-tech Zone, specifically on the west side of Jiangsu Minglida Technology Co., LTD.
