Jiangsu Dingsheng New Materials Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. has been certified against Aluminium Stewardship Initiative Chain of Custody Standard Certification for its three production facilities in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province. The plants’ operations covers aluminium re-melting, continuous casting, cold rolling, coating, slitting and oxidation process for the manufacture of aluminium alloy sheets, strips and aluminium alloy foils.
Dingsheng New Materials’ spokesperson said, “We are pleased to get the Chain of Custody Standard certification of the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative, and we would like to express our gratitude to ASI for their strong support. Over 17 years, Dingsheng New Materials has developed into one of the largest aluminum foil manufacturers in the world. As a key member of the global aluminum foil roller initiative, we will always be committed to being a responsible manufacturer and contributing to the sustainable development of the aluminum industry.”
The ASI Certification program is the only comprehensive voluntary sustainability standard initiative for the aluminium value chain. The program was developed through an extensive multi-stakeholder consultation process.
The independent, third-party audits of the Jiangsu Dingsheng New Materials Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. facility was carried out by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services.
