Italian shipyard launches its second all-aluminium superyacht

Italian shipyard Rossinavi launched its second 49m Aurora superyacht in Viareggio. The Aurora, fast displacement moto yacht gets all-aluminium construction. The sleek and sporty exterior is designed by Fulvio De Simoni. The naval architects and the interior are designed by Arrabito and Achille Salvagni respectively.

CEO Federico Rossi said, "The launch of Aurora marks a departure from the style of our previous launches and is another example of how Rossinavi meets the needs of our discerning clients with full-custom solutions.”

The all-aluminium super yacht has twin MTU 4000 M93L engines. The yacht runs at a speed of 21 knots and a range of 3,800 nm. It has a cruising speed of around 17 knots.

Federico added:  “Working with Fulvio De Simoni, we wanted to develop a fast and aggressively styled displacement yacht that combines the owner’s passion for sport and adventure with luxuriously detailed and modern interior spaces."

The company has four another under construction projects.  The FR030 (49m displacement hull in the Prince Shark series), FR031 (63m fast displacement hull), FR036 (49m with KaMeWa waterjets), and FR037 (70m Ice-Cass with diesel-electric pod propulsion) is expected to be launched at the end of this month.
