Innovus Engineering launches two new automatic high-speed canning machines

EDITED BY : 2MINS READ

Innovus Engineering is shaking up the beverage packaging sector with the introduction of two new high-speed models, the CF35 and CF70, at the top end of its automatic canning machine range. These machines are designed to meet the growing demands for cans made with speed and precision in the craft beverage industry.

Speed with precision control

The new machines procured by Innovus are built for performance. The CF35 can process 2,000 cans per hour, while the CF70 doubles that to a remarkable 4,000 cans per hour.

The secret behind this performance is the company's new servo seaming technology. This innovation not only boosts the machines' speed but also hands complete control over to the operator. All seam settings can be fine-tuned via a user-friendly Siemens touchscreen HMI, allowing for meticulous quality control on the fly.

Aluminium cans – designed with the brewer in mind

Staying true to their reputation, Innovus ensures that both the CF35 and CF70 are hand-built in the UK. Their all-stainless-steel construction guarantees they can withstand the rigorous Clean-in-Place (CIP) routines essential in a modern brewery.

The company's focus on practical brewing needs is clear. The machines feature an integrated brite tank pressure monitoring system, which achieves incredibly consistent fill levels with a tiny tolerance of just +/- 2 ml. Furthermore, remote access modules come standard, allowing Innovus engineers to quickly diagnose issues and access machine data for seamless service and support, minimising potential downtime.

A new benchmark for craft beverage packaging

Michael McClue, Managing Director at Innovus, stated, "The CF35 and CF70 raise the bar again for in-line atmospheric filling, and we’re excited to be bringing them to market after many months of development work by the team." Craft brewers and beverage producers alike should have confidence that these machines have been designed in close collaboration with their peers in the industry. The resulting package combines intuitive operation with high technical specification and build quality, representing an outstanding option at the top end of the craft market."

Innovus is now welcoming enquiries for the new machines, with the first deliveries scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
