Former mining CEO joins Cardno

Brisbane-based global infrastructure services company Cardno has this week appointed former Alumina boss John Marlay as a Non-Executive Director as part of an ongoing Board shake-up.
Cardno Chairman John Massey says Marlay’s extensive management experience with leading companies such as Alumina, Hanson PLC and Pioneer International Group will be invaluable as Cardno continues its international growth strategy.
Marlay, who held the position of CEO and Managing Director of Alumina from 2002 to 2008, is currently a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Incitec Pivot and Boral.
“I am very pleased to have the opportunity to join Cardno at such an exciting time in its history,” Marlay says.
