According to a recent report, a Chinese city, Lingbi County in Suzhou, Anhui, has witnessed the commencement of the first phase of Xinran aluminium profile project, which is believed to boost the development of the city with new job opportunities and power industry by creating a need for energy.
The project has involved a total investment of RMB 5.3 billion. The production workshop manufactures aluminium profiles by extruding round aluminium rods through a hot extrusion machine. New energy auto parts, photovoltaic modules, construction, and other industries are the key areas where aluminum profiles are used widely.
Lingbi County Xinran aluminium profile project, funded by Anhui Xinran New Material Co., Ltd., is built over 900 mu of land. It has 105 aluminium profile production lines and 15 surface treatment production lines to produce new energy automobile parts, photovoltaic modules, industrial aluminum profiles, building aluminum profiles, etc. The annual output of the project will be 430,000 tonnes of various aluminium profiles, with a value of RMB 12 billion.
The project's construction started in April 2023, and after four months, the first extrusion machine was successfully tested. At present, after nearly a month of trial production, each production line of the first phase of the project has entered the state of full load production.
