After becoming India's ACP company to be on BSE and NSE, Euro Panel, the manufacturer and supplier of aluminium composite panel (ACP) in India and abroad, have secured the NABL accreditation to conduct in-house lab testing with reference to ISO/IEC 17025. With this achievement, the company can upgrade and ensure a global standard quality for all the ACP products manufactured.
The NABL accreditation will enable the firm to conduct in-house colour testing and measure its performance under the standards mentioned in ISO/IEC 17025. In order to provide the certification, the company's state-of-the-art laboratory had to undergo multiple assessments by the NABL parameter, which is deemed to be 16 in total, to test the performance of the colour coil.
NABL accreditation
The process of accreditation incorporates conducting surprise audits initiated by the officials of NABL, followed by calibration and routine equipment checks, 3-year reports, record collection and documentation. This further extends to undertaking staff training and their technical qualifications verification.
Upon receiving this certification, the company has accomplished four levels of annual competency testing, which include repetitive accuracy testing, re-running tests to validate the results, verification using highly specialised technical labs and inter-lab testing conducted externally for consistency.
NABL certification strengthens the brand's accountability, which is secured in different layers, fully proving its long-term commitment towards premium products and its quality. This further aids in corroborating its scientific accuracy and global acceptance, highlighting the global reach within the facade industry.
Mr. Divyam Shah, Director & CFO of Euro Panel Products Limited, stated, "The NABL accreditation speaks volumes of our commitment to delivering premium, high-quality facades to both domestic and global markets. We have always maintained stringent quality control for our diverse product offerings, and this certification now highlights this to all of our users. With the global recognition of the NABL accreditation via ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) and APLAC (Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation), we are now uniquely equipped to meet the global users' requirements comprehensively through innovation & quality standards."
Listing in NSE & BSE
Last month, Euro Panel became the first Indian ACP manufacturer to get listed in both the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), securing great heights in its growth trajectory. IPO-listed at INR 70 in December 2021, the company has delivered over 178 per cent returns, backed by robust year-on-year financials. The company is executing backwards integration with a second coating line and a next-gen production line (boosting daily capacity from 25,000 m² to 27,000 m²), alongside a 2.2 MW solar project to offset half its factory's energy use—a testament to its operational and ESG focus.
Other certifications
Beyond just NABL accreditation, Euro Panel has solidified its position as a market leader with a range of certifications that highlight its facades as some of the best in the industry. The company proudly holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, which confirms its commitment to international standards for quality and processes. Additionally, its in-house testing lab is accredited under ISO/IEC 17025 by NABL, showcasing its technical expertise.
Euro Panel's facade panels also boast NFPA 285 certification, a globally recognised fire safety standard for wall assemblies, along with FOR Class A2 certification for fire-retardant ACPs. With NABL accreditation now part of the mix, the company guarantees scientifically validated tests, practices that meet global benchmarks, well-calibrated and consistently accurate equipment, a skilled technical team and 100 per cent reliable, traceable test reports backed by Material Test Certificates.
