Mikhail Khardikov has decided to step down from his position as CEO of En+. Under his leadership, the company has maintained stable operations and laid a solid foundation for future growth. His contributions have been instrumental in navigating the company through various challenges and setting the stage for continued success.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of En+, Christopher Burnham, commented: "Mikhail Khardikov has decided to leave the company. We are grateful to Mikhail for his contribution, ensuring the continued stable operation of the company and laying the foundations for its future further growth. Vladimir Kolmogorov is well-known in the energy sector, where he has extensive experience and expertise, which will undoubtedly strengthen the company's position in the industry and benefit all of its stakeholders, including employees and residents of the regions in which we operate."

The Board of Directors has selected Vladimir Kolmogorov, director of EuroSibEnergo, as the new CEO of En+. Kolmogorov's extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly his seven-year tenure as First Deputy CEO for Technical Policy at En+, positions him as a well-qualified leader. His expertise is expected to strengthen En+’s position in the industry and drive further innovation and sustainability initiatives.
