East China Aluminum: Spot Prices Stagnate with Sluggish Transactions

Trading prices of spot aluminum in Shanghai were between RMB 17,780-17,810/mt, with premiums of positive RMB 200-220/mt over SHFE current-month aluminum prices. Low-iron aluminum was traded between RMB 17,820-17,850/mt. Trading prices of spot aluminum in Wuxi were between RMB 17770-17800/mt. Both SHFE aluminum prices and spot aluminum prices stagnated during the day due to sluggish transactions.
