Guangdong Hoshion Aluminium, a Chinese company, specialising in the design, development, manufacture, and sale of industrial aluminium extrusion products, signed a strategic partnership agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology (CATL) to conduct extensive collaboration in the area of industrial parts and components. Norsk Hydro, a primary Norwegian aluminium business committed to sustainability, announced investing in a new automobile press in Hungary. Hydro had earlier in 2022 disclosed its investment in the new press and the network of automobile presses in Denmark. One of New Zealand's leading aluminium fabricators, Wight Aluminium, celebrated the 50th anniversary of producing its first batch of aluminium window frames. The Whanganui-based aluminium manufacturer credited its success to a solid foundation of staff members and expertise.

Wight Aluminium, one of New Zealand's largest aluminium fabricators, commemorated the creation of its first batch of aluminium window frames, which occurred 50 years ago. The Whanganui-based aluminium fabricator attributed its journey to a strong base of employees and knowledge.

The Greek aluminium manufacturer ElvalHalcor SA has installed the SMS Group's Airwash™ technology at its cold rolling production site in Oinofyta, close to Athens. Elval gave the SMS group the final acceptance certificate for the project's successful conclusion in the fall of 2022.
