Constellium marked its 2025 THANK YOU AWARDS on March 25, 2026, recognising the team’s global operations that contributed to the improvement of the company's culture and performance and its advancements in innovation and sustainability within the aluminium sector. The virtual event showcased the initiatives that continue to shape the company’s operational and technological progress.
{alcircleadd}A total of eighteen projects were recognised during the ceremony, with one leading project selected in each category.

Under the Casting our Culture category, the Decin facility in the Czech Republic was recognised for introducing AI-based tools aimed at improving pedestrian safety across the site and supporting safer aluminium production environments and workplace practices.
In the Forging Progress category, the Muscle Shoals plant in the United States and Constellium’s R&D centre, C-TEC, in France were acknowledged for reducing the use of primary aluminium in key alloys. The initiative improves resource efficiency while also lowering environmental impact across aluminium processing operations.

For Shaping the Future, Constellium’s University Technology Center in the United Kingdom, together with the Decin facility, was recognised for developing a new generation of free-machining aluminium alloys. These alloys are designed to combine performance with cost competitiveness, supporting broader industrial applications.
Ingrid Joerg, Chief Executive Officer, Constellium, said, “The THANK YOU AWARDS reflect the spirit of Constellium; people who take initiative, collaborate across boundaries, and deliver meaningful impact,” adding, “Our teams are strengthening our foundation, leading improvements that benefit the company and our customers today, and driving the innovations that will define our future. Constellium stated that local celebrations will take place during the spring to recognise the winning teams. Each contributor will receive an aluminium trophy designed and produced by C-TEC, reinforcing the company’s focus on material innovation.
The company also extended recognition to all nominees and participants involved in this year’s awards programme.
