Commerce rules on aluminum extrusion duty orders

The Commerce Department,s International Trade Administration (ITA) has determined that curtain walls from Tesla Wall Systems and boat and dock ladders from Asia Sourcing Corp. are not subject to anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on aluminum extrusions from China.
However, the ITA determined that certain ladders and strip door mounting brackets from Asia Sourcing are within the scope of the orders.
