CRN, a renowned Italian superyacht builder, has revealed its 52 metres aluminium built yacht, Ciao, after its last week’s launch of a 62-metre superyacht, Rio. The unveiling has taken place at the Ancona Facility belonging to Ferretti Group, Italy’s multinational shipbuilding company.
CRN described the yacht as a “tailor-made creation with a strong artisanal stamp” when its interior was divulged in February this year.
The boat previously was called CRN 124, and the upgraded version exhibits a toned exterior by Omega Architects and a cosy interior, courtesy of Massari Design. The latter also created the yacht’s outdoor places for recreational purposes.
The design ensemble appointed by CRN had plenty of room to develop the yacht’s outlook, now consisting of a 9-metre beam, a capacious four-deck layout and a GT of 499.
The yacht has continuous and seamless full-height glass installations to make the customers feel closer to the environment, with the tinted glasses protecting their privacy.
The key features of Ciao are found embedded in the alfresco living spaces and convenient social areas, like an alfresco dining space on the upper deck and a sun deck spa pool.
The yacht can accommodate ten guests in the owner’s suite situated on the main deck, and it has 4 VIP cabins on the lower deck for people to indulge.
The owner and his team appeared at the private opening ceremony with the senior management and employees of the Ferretti Group. The yacht bargain was finalised, in July 2020, with the deal brokered by the president of Miami Yacht Access, namely Eduardo Cury.
The resources on the lower deck include a beach club with an “exceptionally spacious multifunctional leisure zone,” according to the yard. The space then opens an outdoor-air living area consisting of a bar and television. The wellness area features a shower and hammam.
The Italian organisation has numerous other intriguing projects up its sleeves, including a keel of 65 metre Nuvolari Lenard design placed in Venice just at the beginning of May.
Ciao is set to take part in sea trials recently since its delivery was supposed to happen this year only.
