China’s aluminium price declines to RMB 18840/t; Aluminium alloy (ADC12) price falls by RMB 50/t

SMM aluminium ingot price marked a decline after registering a hike for the fourth days in a row. The price dropped by RMB 130 per tonne to stand at RMB 18840 per tonne on Wednesday, 16 June 2021, from RMB 18970 per tonne on June 15. The price is expected to move within a range of RMB 18820-18860 per tonne today.

In Foshan and Wuxi, the price declined by RMB 150 per tonne and RMB 125 per tonne to stand at RMB 18980 per tonne and RMB 18825 per tonne on Wednesday, 16 June 2021. Aluminium prices in Hangzhou and Chongqing stood at RMB 18830 per tonne and 18850 per tonne, down RMB 130 per tonne each.

Aluminium ingot prices in Shenyang, Tianjin, Linyi, and Gongyi decreased to stand at RMB 18785 per tonne, RMB 18810 per tonne, RMB 18780 per tonne, and RMB 18790 per tonne on Wednesday, 16 June 2021.

The aluminium alloy (ADC12) price decreased by RMB 50 per tonne to RMB 18550 per tonne. The price is expected to range at RMB 18450 per tonne-18650 per tonne. The prices of aluminium alloys in East, South and Southwest stood at RMB 18550 per tonne, RMB 18500 per tonne and RMB 18550 per tonne, a decline of RMB 50 per tonne each.
