China’s A00 aluminium ingot price levitates by RMB120/t; Australian Alumina FOB price gains US$4/t
A00 aluminium ingot price has augmented by RMB 120 per tonne, closing at RMB 18,470 per tonne, as the Shanghai Metals Market recorded on Friday, November 4. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 18,450 per tonne and RMB 18,490 per tonne, with spot contracts trading at the premium price of 30 per tonne and a discount price of 10 per tonne.
The provinces in China have recorded escalating prices today, with the A00 aluminium ingot prices rising the highest in Hangzhou and Linyi by RMB 120 per tonne to stop at RMB 18,510 per tonne and RMB 18,550 per tonne, followed by RMB 110 per tonne hike in Wuxi with the aluminium price closing at RMB 18,450 per tonne. The aluminium prices in Chongqing, Shenyang and Tianjin have all gained RMB 100 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,650 per tonne, RMB 18,400 per tonne and RMB 18,420 per tonne. In Foshan, the price of aluminium has gone up by RMB 70 per tonne to halt at RMB 18,680 per tonne. The price of aluminium has elevated the lowest in Gongyi by RMB 30 per tonne to rest at RMB 18,460 per tonne.
In China, the domestic price of low-carbon aluminium has earned RMB 71 per tonne to stand at RMB 19,284 per tonne on Tuesday, November 8.
The prices of high-purity aluminium (99.99%) and high-purity aluminium (99.996%) both have escalated by RMB 100 per tonne, closing at RMB 26,800 per tonne and RMB 27,800 per tonne.
The Australian Alumina FOB price has soared by US$4 per tonne to close at US$311 per tonne.
The aluminium alloy (A356) price has glided up by RMB 100 per tonne arriving at RMB 19,700 per tonne. The average prices are likely to range between RMB 19,600 per tonne and RMB 19,800 per tonne, says SMM. The prices of aluminium alloys (ADC12) and aluminium alloy (A380) have refrained from any alteration.
The aluminium powder price in China has gone up the graph by RMB 0.10 per kg, closing at RMB 20.20 per kg, with the average price ranging between RMB 20.10 per kg and RMB 20.30 per kg.
