Australia's leading industrial solutions specialist and aluminium provider, Capral Aluminium, announced that it had acquired Allyman Aluminium, an aluminium distribution business in Wollongong, New South Wales, servicing the South Coast of NSW.
The acquisition is a result of Capral's dedication to increasing the size of its distribution network so that it can have hubs and trade centres for aluminium strategically positioned all over Australia.
Mark Murray, the NSW Industrial Sales Manager at Capral Aluminium, said, "The acquisition of the Allyman business is an integral part of our long-term commitment to supporting Australian trades and manufacturers with reliable access to aluminium products. Our philosophy is that wherever our customers are, they should feel that Capral Aluminium is just around the corner."
Since its inception in 2012, the Allyman Aluminium has actively served trades and manufacturers in the local area and beyond. The Allyman team has a reputation for providing good value for money, friendly service, and dependability.
"The Allyman team have created a great business recognised within the region for delivering exceptional customer service. We are excited that staff from Allyman will be transitioning to Capral, and we look forward to welcoming them to the Capral business. With their local knowledge backed by our Australia-wide regional distribution network, I'm confident we can continue to grow and develop the aluminium service offer delivered from the Wollongong store." said Mark.
However, the acquisition will go into effect on February 3rd, 2023. The Allyman operation will be rebranded as Capral's third Aluminium Centre in NSW in early 2023.
"We look forward to supporting South Coast customer needs through access to our extensive national range of aluminium extrusion and sheet," Mark added.
Capral Aluminium operates a strategic network of manufacturing and distribution facilities that produce and distribute a wide range of aluminium products. Capral has extrusion manufacturing facilities in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and Western Australia, allowing it to provide world-class locally-made products with short lead times.
Tony Dragicevich, the CEO of Capral Aluminium, said, "This is an exciting acquisition for Capral as we expand our distribution footprint throughout Australia. The South Coast is a growth area for Industrial trades and Manufacturing, and we look forward to supporting local businesses needs."
"We view this strategic acquisition as an opportunity to strengthen further our position as the leading Australian aluminium product distributor."
