Bhoruka Aluminium, announced that Rajat Agarwal, Executive Director, has stepped down from the board of directors of the company due to his pre-occupations and has accordingly submitted his resignation dated June 17, 2013.
The board of directors, at its meeting held on June 20, has accepted his resignation.
Shares of the company gained INR 0.05, or 4.76%, to trade at INR 1.10. The total volume of shares traded was 6,697 at the BSE (1.13 p.m., Thursday).
