The average Bauxite (4.5≤Al/Si＜5.5) price in Shanxi stands at RMB 365 per tonne on Wednesday, 29 April 2020, down RMB 25 per tonne or 6.41 per cent, after remaining flat at RMB 390 per tonne since April 15. The average price is expected to move within a range of RMB 350-RMB 380 per tonne.
The average spot alumina price in China has increased to RMB 2183 per tonne on April 29. This marks an increase of RMB 40 per tonne.
The prices of alumina in East, Central, and North China markets have risen by RMB 40 per tonne, RMB 45 per tonne and RMB 35 per tonne to stand at RMB 2175 per tonne, RMB 2180 per tonne, and RMB 2185 per tonne. Alumina-South remains unchanged at RMB 2520 per tonne.
Australian alumina FOB price stands USD 15 per tonne higher on Wednesday, 29 April 2020. The price stands at USD 242 per tonne.
A00 aluminium ingot price has recorded a big jump on Wednesday, 29 April 2020. The price increased by RMB 200 per tonne from RMB 12590 per tonne to RMB 12790 per tonne. The price is expected to move within a range of RMB 12770 per tonne-12810 per tonne. Spot aluminium price is likely to be traded at a premium of RMB 50-90 per tonne.
The aluminium alloy (ADC12) price is up by RMB 50 per tonne to RMB 13900 per tonne today. The price is expected to range at RMB 13800 per tonne-14000 per tonne. The prices of aluminium alloys in East, South, and West have increased by RMB 50 per tonne each to stand at RMB 13900 per tonne, RMB 13700 per tonne, and RMB 13550 per tonne.
