Ball Corporation completes Tubex aluminium aerosol packaging buyout in Brazil

Ball Corporation, a supplier of innovative, sustainable packaging solutions for beverage, personal care and household products customers, as well as aerospace and other technologies and services, has completed the acquisition of Tubex Industria E Comercio de Embalagens Ltda., an aluminium aerosol packaging business with a plant near Sao Paolo, Brazil.

The facility contains eight extruded aluminium aerosol can lines and manufactures personal care packaging for global and local customers.

The acquisition will complements Ball's global aluminium aerosol and slug business in the Americas, Europe and India.
