The Australian-headquartered AvA Yachts has finally floated its 35-metre Infinity Nine for the first time since the beginning of its erection in 2018. This yacht is the second hull in the AvA Kando110 series and has been constructed in a shipyard in Antalya, Turkey. The ship’s composition consists of a high-grade steel hull and an elaborated aluminium superstructure.
Aluminium is one of the most lightweight, infinitely recyclable materials found on the planet earth and its utilisation in making naval vehicles is required mainly due to its minimum weight. Moreover, aluminium is corrosion resistant and can float above marine life without being exposed to oxidisation.
The Infinity Nine yacht can be defined exclusively by custom-made interiors and other modern improvisations.
The yacht was a special order from the NBA player Tony Parker, who made multiple visits to the shipyard with his specialised team of build advisories since the project began taking shape. The Infinity Nine has been minutely designed by the engineering and naval architectural team at AvA Yachts, which is why it upholds such graceful interior and exterior designs.
The Chairman and Founder of AvA Yachts, Atilla Küçükdiker commented: “Seeing Infinity Nine in the open-air side-on, painted, and majestic in all her glory is a proud moment for myself and the AvA Yachts team. We are now on the finishing straight to her completion and will very soon deliver Tony Parker the superb yacht he wants.”
Infinity Nine, the motor-run yacht showcases six stateroom specifications housing almost 12 guests at a time, with a 29 square metre master suite constructed at the upper deck, having its private deck and full-length windows. Infinity Nine also hosts an elongated swimming pit at the stern and a gym located on the upper deck for physical fitness.
Atilla Küçükdiker exclaimed: “Infinity Nine is a game-changer and a class-beater for this size of a steel explorer yacht. Having overcome Covid issues and supply chain issues resulting in her delay, we are thankful to him as a customer for being so understanding and we are looking forward to showering her off to the world at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September.”
